Comparison of PBS and SLURM script

PBS Torque and SLURM scripts are two frameworks for specifying the resource requirements and settings for the job you want to run.  For the most part, there are equivalent settings in each script.  To help translate from one system to the other, the following table lists examples of equivalent options for PBS and SLURM job scripts.

Please note: SLURM can read PBS Torque script options, but we advise that it is safer to use pure SLURM commands.
