Blogger is a blog-publishing service that allows private or multi-user blogs. It was created by Pyra Labs, which was bought by Google in 2003.
Blogger est une plateforme logicielle en ligne gratuite qui permet la publication d'un blog. C'est un service qui offre une multitude d'outils permettant à des personnes de publier du contenu sur le web. Depuis 2003, Blogger est la propriété de Google.
Blogger has imposed the following limitations per user account:
- Number of blogs = Unlimited
- Size of pages = Individual pages (the main page of a blog or archive pages) are limited to 1 MB
- Number of pictures (hyperlinked from user's Picasa Web Album) = Up to 1 GB of free storage
- Size of pictures = If posted via Blogger Mobile, limited 250 KB per picture; posted pictures are scaled to 800px
- Number of labels = 5,000 unique labels per blog, 20 unique labels per post
- Team members (those that can write to a blog) = 100
- Stand-Alone Page = Limited to 10 page which can be standing alone
