if you want to move 
your WordPress blogs over to Blogger
try this webApplication:

Wordpress2Blogger conversion utility

The process:

1.  Export Wordpress XML
2. Use Wordpress2blogger conversion tool
3. Import on blogger

The WordPress WXR export file must not be smaller than 1Mb (there is an error on the page of conversion utility).
I tried to move a wordpress_com.xml  with 750 posts (around 6.5Mb).
And it works and i get a new file "blogger-export.xml" (around 6.2Mb).
I imported this file to a my blogspot.com
But An error occurs "bX-2p6fhx":

At the end, the 750 posts (with 3338 comments) were imported to myblogspot.com
but not published.
It is not possible to publish each post !!!!!

if you import directly the file wordpress_com.xml (generated by wordpress.com)
there is an error "bX-i1hhru"
and 0 post are imported in blogspot!
